hey all!

so screening on monday is as follows:

5 - 8p.m
main lecture theatre Davies Street Hub
(lecture theatre opposite the SU)

We'll be having a slightly more relaxed session again, as we're still in the process of welcoming newbies ^-^
So we'll be kicking off our series for this term which is:

TORADORA!

Think slice of life highschool comedy with romance. Its a good series with good animation quality and I hope you'll all enjoy it. We should be watching ep 1, 2 & 3.... maybe 4 if we have time :3
We'll also be kicking off our cosplay section of screenings with a bit of a general FAQ and some handy tips etc!

Also if you haven't done membership payments yet don't worry! we can help you sort that out, either online or directly at the SU.

Hey all!

So we begin the term (and year) on a high! First Anime screening and meet night is the 28th...

so 28th september, thats a monday

yes slightly different from the usual venue - 3rd floor in a room we haven't used before. We'll be having a more casual meet - with a bit of an icebreaker for new members who want to come along, an introduction to my plans for us this year and an introduction to the new committee.

Then after that its time to watch The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

An excellent film released in 2006, later premiering in the uk in 2008. The film looks at consequences of actions through the use of time travel.
And I hope you'll all enjoy it!
