About MAGs

MAGS - stands for the Manga, Anime and Gaming Society. We are a university run society, part of the University of the Arts London - made up of 5 different art universities. We're a friendly society and run 2 different nights a week during term time these are:

Anime screening nights and social meet - Mondays 5 p.m till 8 p.m
Gaming tournement nights - Thursdays 5 p.m till 8 p.m

In addition to our regular nights we also regularly attend conventions such as the London MCM Expo which is held twice a year as well as doing social activities such as japanese style karaoke! Our anime nights are not dedicated to solely anime either, we run sessions on cosplay and manga creation and publication too. We aim to have as much fun with our members as we can in their time with us.

So if this sounds like your kind of thing, why not join us?

We are a non profit organisation, so therefore we require a membership fee to help us cover costs such as subsidising trips to conventions, manga for our manga library, games for our games nights and materials for the year!
Membership is £10 for the whole year, plus a £5 payment to the sports and societies federation.
